Eastern Edge

This magazine and all that it stood for while in circulation was critical for anyone who snowboarded in the 90's on the East Coast. Neil Korn dedicated himself to making the magazine happen and the support followed. It gave local riders, shops, brands, photographers, filmers, event producers, and more a pre-internet tour through what was happening with snowboarding, music, events, personalities, and progress each winter. It is a key piece of snowboarding history that the East Coast had a 'Zine that was theirs and was filled with images and stories of their mountains, urban spots, road trips, and rapidly emerging "industry" news. We all owe a great debt of gratitude to Neil Korn and all the photographers, contributors, and riders that made it all possible while it lasted.
