ESA at the SnowBound Expo in Boston
We are always looking to gather snowboarders together and make fun things happen. When we decided to exhibit at Snowbound Expo at the Boston Convention Center in November, we wanted to create a space where riders could come chill out, get hyped for the approaching winter, check out all the new movies dropping, and new ‘26 boards from Burton, Arbor, and Sims. We posted up next to the Waffle Cabin and the English Crew from Snow Shepard and had a killer three days stoking the fire of snowboarding and meeting up with old and new friends while drinking some frosty Fiddlehead beers from Vermont. 23,000 guests came through the show and our booth was happening all three days. Gary, Blotto, Cuban Lu, Ashley Rosemeyer, Rob Roethler, LJ Henriquez, Luis Medearis, Shannon Dunn-Downing were all on panels dropping snowboard knowledge and getting the Expo guests hyped on their crafts and love for riding. We hosted Zeb’s Meet & Greet at our booth and Zeb killed it as always with the whole scene. Boarding For Breast Cancer set up in our space and educated the masses and raised funds for Breast Cancer Research. Shannon’s new book “Snowboard Girl’ was hot off the presses so she was excited to chat with riders of all ages about her incredible and continuing 35+ year journey as a trailblazer, artist, product developer, Olympic Medalist, founder, and overall amazing human. We packed up the truck and headed straight into December riding time with a great feeling after the Expo closed up. Thanks to everyone at Racoon Media, the Boston Convention Center, and all the people who shared time with us at the Expo. See you at the mountain and remember to support your local snowboard and skateboard shop!
